The brand-new, 70-square-meter apartment features state-of-the-art kitchen appliances.

The One Park Avenue apartments are nowhere near Park Avenue ¡ª they¡¯re on Xinzha Road, near Changde Road, in Shanghai¡¯s Jing¡¯an District. However, their prime location means they are only 10 minutes walk from Jing¡¯an Temple and Plaza 66 on Nanjing Road W.

The entrance to the block (one of six towers) is still being renovated but shows much potential. Estate agent Michael Ding from Red Dragon Property says the foreign property management group, Colliers, which looks after One Park Avenue, has ensured that no renovation work takes place on weekends.
A highlight of living in One Park Avenue is the facilities. It has tennis courts, parks and gardens, a gym, aerobics room and a massive swimming pool.
This apartment represents excellent value for money and is sure to go quickly. There are also two-, three- and fourbedroom apartments available.
