Fudan University's newly built Zhangjiang campus was inaugurated as part of the university's centenary anniversary celebrations yesterday. Located in the Zhangjiang High-tech Park in Pudong, the campus covers 15.4 hectares and will function as Fudan's microelectronics, software and pharmacy research and development base. The new campus is scheduled to be put into use this September. Fudan also opened its new American Research Center yesterday.
