Members of the 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) from east China's Anhui Province flew into  Beijing Capital Airport  yesterday. The Fourth Session of the 10th CPPCC begins tomorrow and the Fourth Session of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC) on March 5.
