least five years and live in China for at least five years. Since your husband

to send my son to study here. Can he get a Green Card?
A: Children who come
to China to be with their families must each first possess a foreign
citizenship. If your son has Japan citizenship, he can apply for a permanent
residence permit.
Q: I'm a Chinese-American and am now 72 years old. Since my children in the
US are unable to look afer me, I want to settle in Shanghai to be with my
daughter. Am I qualified for a Green Card?
A: Those elderly people who have
no near relations abroad and have lived in China for at least five years can
apply for a card. Since you have children abroad, you'are not
