Hu's Latin American tour
 

Visiting Chinese President Hu Jintao addresses the Brazilian National Congress in Brasilia, capital of Brazil, Nov. 12, 2004. Addressing the National Congress of Brazil on Friday, Hu hoped that China and Latin America will cooperate more closely and establish a stable long-term relationship.
