The Kuomintang delegation from Taiwan is now in Nanjing, capital city of East China's Jiangsu Province, to continue their visit on the mainland.

On Tuesday evening, secretary of Jiangsu Provincial committee of Chinese Communist Party, Li Yuanchao, met with the delegation headed by Chiang Pin-kung, vice President of the Kuomintang Party.

Li Yuanchao said, to push forward the reunification and prosperity of China is the common responsibility for all Chinese people.

Chiang Pin-kung said the delegation will meet the Taiwan businessmen who are investing in the region, and promote cross-Straits trade ties.

The delegation will pay a visit to the Mausoleum of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the founder of Kuomintang, on early Wednesday morning.

Nanjing is the second leg of the delegation's mainland tour. They will also fly to Beijing Wednesday afternoon before wrapping up the five-day visit.
