All the 14 miners trapped in the latest coal mine flooding in north China's Hebei Province were confirmed dead, the rescue operation headquarters said yesterday.
Rescuers have recovered all the bodies from the site of the tragedy, which occurred at 5am on Saturday in Yuanda Coal Mine in Xingtai City. Owners of the coal mine have been detained by police and an investigation into the cause of the flooding was underway.
