Hope for kids with AIDS moms

The Shanghai Public Health Center says early intervention may have kept an AIDS-infected mother from passing on the disease to her baby, the first such case in the city.

The 35-year-mother was treated with an antiviral drug cocktail designed to control HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.
