Li Jinhua (1943-), native of Rudong, Jiangsu Province.
Joined CPC,
1965; graduated from Banking Department of Central Institute of Finance and
Banking, 1966. Served as teacher at Northwest China Institute of Finance and
Banking, 1968-1971; deputy director of Political Department, 1975-1980, deputy
secretary of CPC Committee, 1980-1983, and director, 1983, of a factory under
Ministry of Aeronautics Industry; director of Economic and Trade Department of
Shaanxi Province.
Appointed deputy auditor-general, 1985, and
auditor-general, 1998 of National Audit Office.
Deputy to 14th CPC
National Congress; member of CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection;
member of 15th to 16th CPC Central Committees.
Re-appointed
auditor-general of the National Audit Office, March 2003.
