Thursday's major agenda for the Third Session of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People 's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) is as follows:
-- The 3rd Session of the CPPCC National Committee to open in the afternoon;
-- Chairman Jia Qinglin to make a report on the work of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee in the past year; and
-- Vice Chairman Zhang Huaixi to make a report on how the proposals and suggestions of CPPCC members have been handled since their last full meeting in March 2004.
