IAEA's Director General Mohamed ElBaradei delivers a
press statement prior to the start of IAEA 35-nation board of governors meeting,

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will try its best to bring back
all parties concerned over the Iran nuclear issue back to negotiation table,
Hohamed ElBaradei, director general of IAEA said in Vienna on Monday.
Negotiation is the "best option" to solve the Iranian issue, ElBaradei said
minutes before the opening of the IAEA Board of Governors Meeting.
The IAEA chief said that the Board of Governors meeting will start with
nuclear safety, non-proliferation and Iran issue.
The meeting also aims to find out measures to protect against nuclear
terrorism and discuss the Agency's activities in the fight against diseases,
such as cancer and malaria, and the current safeguards implementation issues.
The strengthening of international cooperation in nuclear, radiation and
transport safety and waste management will also be discussed at the meeting.
