Brazilian mid-fielder Ze Roberto won the Man of the Match on Sunday for his performance in the Brazil-Australia World Cup Group F match, according to Mexico's Televisa.
Judges praised Ze's spectuacular dribbling, great overall technique and brilliant left-footed kicks. Ze, who currently plays for German league team Bayern Munich, has played as left-winger, left defender and left forward.
He helped Brazil to win the Copa America twice, played the World Cup in 1998, but missed the 2002 championship. With a change of team manager, he was again chosen for the national team for the 2005 Confederations Cup and for the World Cup qualifiers.
