Four Israeli soldiers were killed in south Lebanon on Wednesday when searching for two Israeli soldiers kidnapped by Hizbollah militia, bringing the death toll to seven, an army spokeswoman said.

The spokeswoman said earlier that three Israeli soldiers were killed when Hizbollah militants attacked two Israeli army jeeps patrolling along the border with Lebanon Wednesday morning, in which two soldiers were also captured.
