5/8/2006 10:01
Two Israeli soldiers were killed during clashes against Hezbollah
guerillas in southern Lebanon on Friday, the Israeli army said.
An anti-tank missile fired by Hezbollah guerillas killed two soldiers and
wounded two others in a Lebanese village, said the army.
A total of 12 Israelis including eight civilians and four soldiers were
killed on Thursday, Israel's bloodiest day since the violence between Israel and
Lebanon's Hezbollah broke out on July 12 following the abduction of two Israeli
soldiers by Hezbollah guerrillas in cross-border attacks.
