Hezbollah gunners renewed their rocket attacks on northern Israel on
Thursday morning, killing a two-year-old infant girl in an Arab village, local
media reported.
Another boy, 4, was seriously wounded when a rocket slammed into their house
in the village of Dir el-Asad, near Karmiel.
Rocket alert sirens sounded across northern Israel on Thursday. Some 160
rockets were fired at Israel from Lebanon on Wednesday, with 66 landing in the
area of Kiryat Shmona. a
In total, some 3,350 rockets have been fired at northern Israel since the war
broke out on July 12, leaving dozens of civilians dead.
