Thai caretaker cabinet dismissed, Constitution Court annulled after military coup: spokesman

The Thai caretaker cabinet has been dismissed and the Constitution Court
has been annulled after a military coup, a coup spokesman said in a televised
address here early Wednesday morning.
The Thai military and police declared on late Tuesday that theyhad seized
power of the state from the caretaker government and that caretaker Prime
Minister Thaksin Shinawatra had agreed to resign.
