The 15th Asian Games starts on Saturday with the men's soccer tournament in Doha, the capital of Qatar and the host city of the Games.

Eight teams will play in preliminary round -- a round robin stage with teams split into two groups of four.

According to the official website of the 15th Asiad, in group A, Jordan will take on Tajikistan at 16:00 local time (1300 GMT) with Kyrgyzstan playing Macau at 18:00(1500 GMT).

Singapore will play Syria two hours later than a match between Indonesia and Iraq at 16: 00, both four are in group B.

The two remaining rounds of games will be played on Nov. 21 and 24, the first placers of two group are qualified to enter the next stage.

The eight teams must play the preliminary round because they had not competed in the 2002 Asian Games soccer tournament.
