South Korean Hwang Hee Tae defeated Maxim Rakov of Kazakhstan to take the men's 90kg judo gold medal at the 15th Asian Games in Doha yesterday.

Japanese Hiroshi Izumi took the bronze medal, together with Ramziddin Sayidov of Uzbekistan.
