Chinese women team wrapped up their ninth consecutive title at Asiad by a large margin over DPR Korea at the Aspire Stadium in Doha on Sunday.

China collected a total of 239.400 points, 10.850 ahead of the silver winner DPK Korea (228.550). Japan finished third with 225.950 points.

China established their lead just after the first apparatus of vault by 0.850 points. DPK Korea's only stronghold came at the uneven bars, which they grasped 57.650 points, 0.300 points better than China.

China rallied back to set up a large edge through their superb beam actions, taking 63.400 points against DPK Korea's 56.900 to have more than 7.050 points heading for the final apparatus of floor exercise.

China's triple world champion Cheng Fei scored 15.700 points to spearhead all movements of the night and pull off China the ninth team gold out of nine Asian Games.
