Chinese Li Meifang won the women's individual time trial in 31 minutes and 17.85 seconds at the 15th Asian Games here on Tuesday.

Zulfiya Zabirova of Kazakhstan got the silver in 32:10.24, with the bronze medal going to South Korean Lee Min Hye in 33:37.57.
