Japanese Kumiko Ikeda flew 6.81 meters to win the women's long jump gold medal at the Asian Games on Sunday.

Anju Bobby George of India took silver in 6.52 meters and Olga Rypakova of Kazakhstan got bronze with 6.49 meters.
