Top seed Lee Hyung Taik from South Korea has to bring home another silver
medal as he was upset by Thai Danai Udomchoke 2-0 in the men's singles final in
Doha yesterday.
Lee, who was ranked as the hottest favorite for the men's singles event
following another Thai and defending champion Paradorn Srichaphan's retirement
from the competition, lost the match 7-5, 6-3 in just one hour and 32 minutes.
In 2002 Asian Games, in Busan, South Korea, Lee was beaten by Srichaphan in
the final.
