Saddam lawyer killed in Baghdad - TV

A lawyer of former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's defense team has been
killed in Baghdad, Iraq's state television reported on Wednesday.
Unknown gunmen in Baghdad have killed Khamis al-Ubaidi, a member of Saddam
defense team in Baghdad, the television said, without giving further details.
Two of the defense team lawyers for Saddam and his seven topaides were also
killed by gunmen in Baghdad in the past.
