Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee that convened in the West Bank city of Ramallah decided Wednesday that Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) Speaker Rawhi Fatouh will be the successor of ailing Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat for 60 days if Arafat dies.
