Tsunami leaves half million Indonesians homeless

Some half a million people in Indonesian have been made homeless by the
great earthquake-triggered tsunami that swept Aceh province, the health ministry
said Wednesday.
The ministry said in a statement that 476,619 people were refugees, as
against the previous estimate of 387,607.
At least 94,000 people are estimated to have been killed in Indonesia by the
disaster, almost all of them in Aceh.
