South Korean PM to arrive in Sri Lanka

South Korean Prime Minister Lee Hae- chan will arrive in Colombo Friday on an
official visit to Sri Lanka to bring two tons of relief supplies for the
affected people in Tsunami-hit areas in the country, official sources
said. Lee Hae-chan will meet President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga and
Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse for talks on the tidal wave disaster and
bilateral relations. Relief supplies from South Korea include water purifiers
and blankets as well as items of clothing which will be handed over to the Sri
Lankan side. The South Korean prime minister will be accompanied by a high
level delegation including Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Ban Ki-moon,
Minister of Construction and Transportation Kang Dong- suk and Vice Minister for
Public Policy Co-ordination in the Prime Minister's Office Cho Young-taek.
