17/3/2005 10:19
Hezbollah's leader, Hassan Nasrallah, has rejected a call from US President
George W. Bush for the movement to disarm.
He said that the party was
being asked to disarm so that Lebanon remains defenseless, adding that its
anti-Israeli forces were protecting Lebanon.
Meanwhile, Nasrullah denied
any involvement of the violence that occurred in Palestinian territories.
It is reported that Bush called on the Lebanese Hezbollah Party to
disarm when taking about the current situation in the country at a press
conference.
