Lebanese President Emile Lahoud on Sunday condemned the car bomb in northeast
Beirut Saturday night, which injured least 10 people.
Lahoud made the remarks after meeting with Lebanese Christian leader Nusllah
Sufier.
He said the lebanese people's unity is the strong response to this crime.
Sufier, on his part, also condemned Saturday's explosion, stressing the
necessary of cooperation between the country and people to curb any attempt
aimed at spreading terror.
Their talks also focused on forming a unity government after Prime Minister
Omar Karami's cabinet resigned in late February.
