Stability in Kyrgyzstan vital for central Asia: official

The Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization says peace and
security in Kyrgyzstan are vitally important to the stability in Central Asia
and the whole region of the SCO members.
Zhang Deguang says it is
important that the situation not go off track from the country's constitution.
He adds that it is also important to maintain public security and
guarantee the country's peace and harmony.
The official revealed the SCO
has closely observed the evolution of the situation from the beginning in
Kyrgyzstan.
The SCO is a regional cooperation organization with six
member states, including China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and
Uzbekistan.
