Taiwanese gets quick treatment

Escorted by Red Cross workers from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan, Peng
Yaozong is taken to a ship yesterday in Xiamen in southeast China's Fujian
Province. The Taiwan resident was sent home for treatment following expedited
exit procedures that allowed his timely return. Peng, 53, suffered complications
from epilepsy in December in central China's Henan Province and was sent to
Xiamen by train. He was the first Taiwan resident to return home this year under
the special procedures.-Xinhua
