The Thai royal princess yesterday opened an exhibition of 100 of her photographs taken on travels through China. The exhibition at Pudong's Super Brand Mall, called "Two Journeys, One Destination," also features 100 photos taken by CCTV host Rita Zhao on a visit to Thailand, Shanghai Daily reported.

"I am just an amateur photographer and use an ordinary camera ... but it is my wish that my pictures can help further the understanding between Thailand and China," Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, 52, said in Chinese at the opening ceremony.
