As of today, brokers selling used homes within four weeks from taking the order will charge no commission to home owners, as a city's online home trading system operator is launching a fast used-home sales service, the Metro Express newspaper reported.
People can dial 962269 to arrange for the fast service and brokers will come to them to sign a brokerage contract.
With the service, the homeowners must pay a commission equivalent to 1 percent of the total home price to the broker if the home is sold within two weeks of the deal.  The fee will be halved to 0.5 percent if the sale occurs within four weeks, and will be totally exempted if the sale occurs after four weeks.
Brokers will consult homeowners on the advertising or promotions of their homes if the homeowners have signed a fast service contract.
