A Singaporean property developer is arriving in Shanghai in the hope of attracting buyers to its oceanfront residential community project, today's Eastday.com reported.
From this Friday through the weekend, Sentosa Cove Pte Ltd. will hold a promotion here, its first in China, for its luxury Sentosa Cove project, which is billed as Singapore's first marina-oriented lifestyle project with quayside retail, marina and upmarket residential facilities.
Sentosa Cove is the only property project in Singapore available for sale to foreigners, but prices are not revealed in the report.
