China Mobile and China Telecom revenues up

China Mobile and China Telecom accounted for nearly 70 percent of
revenues in the Chinese telecom market at the end of April this year, according
to the Ministry of Information Industry, eastday.com reported
today.
According to revenue-based statistics, China Mobile claimed the
largest market share in the Chinese telecom market, or 37.6 percent, at the end
of April, followed by China Telecom, China Netcom, China Unicom, China Railcom
and China Satellite Communications Corp, with 30 percent, 16.1 percent, 14.9
percent, 1.4 percent and 1.4 percent respectively.
