SAIC Chery, Nanjing Fiat unveil new cars

SAIC Chery Automobile Co Ltd and Nanjing Fiat Automobile Co Ltd
unveiled new cars last Friday, the Beijing Youth Daily reported.
SAIC
Chery's 1.1-litre QQ sells for 49,800 yuan (US$6,022) and Nanjing Fiat's
1.5-litre Siena carries a price tag of 89,900 yuan.
With a peak speed of
140 kilometers per hour, QQ consumes 4.4 liters of oil at the average speed of
90 kilometers per hour.
Offering a high quality-to-price ratio, the car
is equipped with such medium sedan features as remote keyless entry.
The
new 1.5-litre Siena is cheaper than Nanjing Fiat's previous Siena 1.5EL car,
which is priced at 102,900 yuan, but lacks such features as anti-braking system
and air bags.
