SGM to market Excelle in August

Shanghai General Motors Corp. will start to sell its latest Buick
Sedan Excelle from next month as scheduled, today's Eastday.com reported.
Two
versions of the model will be provided, one of 1.6-liter manual transmission
system and the other of 1.8-liter automatic transmission system.
Prices of
the two sedans may range from 150,000 to 200,000 yuan (US$18,000-24,000),
according to industry insiders' estimation.
Shanghai GM plans to sell 20,000
Excelle sedans this year.
To help complete the sales target, it has
conducted training to staff at its maintenance stations nationwide for Excelle
and ensures sufficient supply of spares and equipment for the new model at its
national after-sale service network.
