Traffic control will be administered on the roads along the main route of the Shanghai Tourism Festival Opening Pageant between 7:30pm and 21pm Saturday. No traffic permit to the part of the Huaihai Road Middle that's between its intersections with the Xizang Road South and the Pu'an Road. The verticle roads that intersect with the Huaihai Road Middle within the section are also banned for traffic. Among them, two main roads such as the Chongqing Road and the Ruijin Road are intermittently banned. Relavant public transport routes are also shortened.
