Local itineraries OK

Over 80 percent of tourists in Shanghai and its surrounding places are
satisfied with the itineraries provided by the Shanghai Sightseeing Bus Center
this year, according to a survey by the center yesterday, the Youth Post
reported today.
The survey indicated that travelers praised services in the
bus-station waiting room and by tourist guides, although some were dissatisfied
with itinerary arrangements at scenic spots and attendants' services.
Such
service quality surveys will also be conducted in the near future in overseas
tourism markets, domestic travel markets, and hotel and restaurant sectors.
