An international oriental forum for tumor-targeted therapy, the first of its
kind, was held in Shanghai yesterday, attracting more than 200 experts, scholars
and doctors from home and abroad.
The forum was jointly sponsored by the
International Association of Tumor Targeted Therapy (IATTT), the Shanghai
Anticancer Society, the Oriental Hospital affiliated with Tongji University and
the Tumor journal. Famous experts from the US-based MD Anderson Cancer Center
and the National Cancer Institute delivered speeches at the forum.
On the
same day, a tumor research institute, established by the Oriental Hospital and
Hong Kong-based Hokai Group, was unveiled.
