20 British tutors settle in the city

86 youth tutors from Britain will play a part in the China's education, acting as an English teacher in the main cities including Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou.  the government website reports today
Given the backgroud that in 2002, Britain overtook the United States as the most favorededucation destination for Chinese students. These students were attracted to Britain's higher learning by its fame, broad program range and shorter term of study.
Since the Sino-Britain eudcation cooperation is prospective, this movement is a part of the instructor-exchange programme, aiming at pushing the acdemic exchange and cooperation.
These 86 youth instructors are carefully selected after a serious of strict test and before their teach career in China, they have to take a three-week training in Sydney Institution of Language and Commerce of Shanghai University.
