Sino-foreign educational project launched in city

The Shanghai University of Engineering Science launched a Sino-foreign
educational project at its Songjiang campus yesterday afternoon, bringing
high-quality international educational resources to the university.

Vice Party Secretary Yin Yicui and Vice Mayor Yan Junqi attended the unveiling
ceremony yesterday afternoon.
High-quality international educational
resources can assist local universities to acquire advanced overseas educational
ideology, optimize disciplines, update educational contents and methods, improve
educational quality and management standard, and cultivate more highly-qualified
students, a Shanghai government leader pointed out at the ceremony.
The
Shanghai University of Engineering Science's Songjiang campus has boasted
first-rate educational facilities which can compete well with the advanced
educational resources from overseas, according to leaders.
Several
disciplines involved in the Sino-foreign project are all specialized ones of the
Shanghai University of Engineering Science and the key ones that the Shanghai
Educational Commission is focusing on, with capable teachers and top quality
facilities.
