Five programs from
Shanghai are among the 60 programs nationwide that have received awards from the
central party for their creativity in the promotion of moral education for
adolescents. One program recommended by the city's Luwan District snatched a
first-place award, while four others received two second-place awards and two
third-place awards. Through this nationwide competition, the central party
hopes that local governments, the educational system and society on the whole
will gain, both from these programs and their rewards, and further devote
themselves to the work on moral education for adolescents.
