Shanghai has updated traffic signs for seven expressways over the past year, with 928 unclear road signs replaced and 599 new ones added.
Except for the A11 expressway, all the other expressways in the city will have updated road signs by the end of this year for drives convenience.
The project has registered a cost of nearly 32 million yuan (US$4 million) to date.
