Airport shops committed to refund program

To better their shopping services, Companies and shops in the two local
airports have been committed to the no-reason refund program, today's Xinmin
Evening News reported. Citing data from the industrial and commercial
watchdog of the airports, the report said 970,000 yuan (US$11,7291) in products
sold at the Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Pudong International Airport have been
refunded without any reasons in the past two years since the program was
launched. In other words, nearly 3,500 products have been returned for
refund, or an average 4.7 each day. Currently, all the 20 enterprises and 150
stores stationed in the two airports have signed the agreement to join the
no-reason refund program, the Xinmin Evening News report
said.
