Pearl Line service to be shorter
24/12/2003 15:17

Starting January 1, Pearl Line, or Metro Line 3, will provide shorter service to make room for construction of the South Railway Station, today's Eastday.com reported.
The metro line's operator announced an interim schedule today after approved from the municipal government, but doesn't say when the schedule will expire.
Under the new schedule, the Pearl Line's southern terminal will move to Shilong Road Station, next station to the original South Railway Station terminal, which will be closed.
Service from Shilong Road will begin from 5.30 and close at 20.42, while the train back from Jiangwan Town Station will start from 6.23 and close at 21.30.
