Two fans of the most popular Paraguayan soccer teams, Olimpia and Cerro
Porteno, yesterday were bullet wounded before the game played in the closing
tournament.
One of the fans, 21, was standing at a bus stop together with other Olimpia's
fans when a passing motorcyclist shot him on his right thigh, for which he was
hospitalized but was out of danger.
At the same time, a Cerro Porteno fan of 24 years was wounded on the right
shoulder while traveling on a bus together with other fans of the team.
According to Paraguayan media, their lesions did not endanger their lives.
Last weekend, a 20-year-old man was killed, fan of the Sportivo Luqueno,
after receiving a shot on the chest after the game played with Libertad
team.
