A total of 80 wushu players from seven ministries are taking part in the First Inter-Ministry Wushu Championship, according to the Myanmar Wushu Federation (MWF) today.

The 80 athletes will compete in ten events of the three-day competition scheduled on Dec. 19-21, the MWF said.

The top-finishing athletes from the championship will be chosen to represent the country in some international wushu tournaments, it added.
