Strong quake rocks buildings in Tokyo

An earthquake measuring 6.6 on the Richter scale rocked Niigata prefecture
of central western Japan and its vicinity this morning, the Japan
Meteorological Agency said.
A tsunami warning was issued from the 10:15 am (0115 GMT) quake. There were
no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
Mild shakes could also be felt in downtown Tokyo.
