Pakistani, US presidents to meet next week on anti-terrorism

Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari will meet with US President George W.
Bush next week on the sidelines of a UN conference to discuss new strategy on
anti- terrorism. Zardari will leave for New York on Sept. 22 to lead Pakistan
at the 63rd session of the United Nations General Assembly, said Pakistani
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi at a press conference in Islamabad
today. During the visit, Zardari is scheduled to meet with Bush and Indian
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Qureshi said. Zardari and Bush are expected to
talk about their anti- terrorism strategy and try to ease the tension due to
recent US cross-border attacks from Afghanistan.
