Wellington Airport fire causes massive delays

An electrical fire at Wellington International Airport today caused
massive delays for flights and baggage claims.
The fire broke out at around
02:00 p.m. local time (0100 GMT), grounding around 40 planes flying in and out
of the airport. Hundreds of people were evacuated from the main terminal at the
time of the blaze.
An airport spokeswoman said flights have
resumed.
Damage was confined to water damage that extended downstairs
throughout the area of the terminal.
